Buffalo Place Inc., together with our affiliate Buffalo Place Foundation, is the independent not-for-profit corporation founded to manage the Downtown core surrounding Buffalo's pedestrian mall. Incorporated in 1971 as the "Downtown Buffalo Management Corporation," Buffalo Place Inc. has been staffed since 1983 to provide a variety of services to the Downtown community. The organization focuses on marketing, maintenance, planning and advocacy. Buffalo Place is an active participant in all issues relating to Downtown Buffalo.
